Cancellation Policy

A valid credit/debit card must remain on file for your bookings. ✅ We will charge the remaining balance on the day before your appointment, if cleaning falls on a weekend or Monday then we will charge on Friday. An intake form is sent to you via email after booking....it is mandatory to fill out within 48 hours to avoid cancellation. We have a 72 hour cancelation/reschedule policy.
