Cancellation Policy

A valid credit/debit card must remain on file for your bookings. ✅ We will charge the remaining balance on the day before your appointment, if cleaning falls on a weekend or Monday then we will charge on Friday. An intake form is sent to you via email after booking....it is mandatory to fill out within 48 hours to avoid cancellation. We have a 72 hour cancelation/reschedule policy. Interested in regular cleanings? Contact us after your first cleaning . 15% off weekly 10% off biweekly 5% off monthly
